Bill & Nina O'Connell

PASTOR

Calvary Gurdon United Pentecostal Church was founded in 1971 by Rev. Lester Wade and his wife Gladys. Over the years God has blessed this church in great ways. In September of 1991, Rev. Bill O’Connell was elected pastor. Pastor O’Connell, his wife Nina, and their two sons, Kenneth and Sean, moved to Gurdon from the Houston, Texas area.

Pastor O’Connell has served in the Arkansas District of the United Pentecostal Church as Section 4 Youth President and as the Global Missions Director since 2002.

Adam & Tausha Gooding

ASSISTANT PASTOR

Adam Gooding came to Calvary Gurdon in 2015 to assist and work with the church. His wife, Tausha, grew up in a pastor's home in Ohio. They have 3 children, Addison, Avah and Abram.

Adam graduated from Texas Bible College and is also a Chaplain with Kindred Hospice.
